Position: Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication.
- Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and follow-ups.
- Conduct client visits to present services, understand requirements, and develop business opportunities.
- Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Present company services and prepare accurate quotations, including PT enquiries.
- Maintain sales records (Lead Lists, Trackers) and update CRM regularly.
- Manage client databases and prepare reports.
- Share monthly reports and promotional materials.
- Promote certification schemes and communicate their benefits.
- Verify client documents and ensure data accuracy.

Competency Requirements

- MBA preferred (Marketing, International Business, or Operations).



Minimum 1 year of Experience or exposure to cold calling, cold emailing, lead generation, and follow-up activities. Basic to intermediate understanding of social media platforms, campaigns, and CRM tools. Excellent verbal and written communication with strong client-handling etiquette. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook Good understanding of ISO schemes (9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, HACCP, 13485, 27001, etc.), if from TIC Industry. Organized, detail-oriented, strong multitasking and follow-up skills; self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
