Job Summary

Confidence Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, breakdown troubleshooting, maintenance and customer-site service of CNC, VMC, HMC and other machine tools.

Qualification

B.E. / B. Tech – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission CNC, VMC, HMC and other machine tools at customer sites.
- Attend customer breakdown calls and provide on-site technical support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical machine-related issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot CNC controls, drives, servo motors, spindle systems, sensors and related machine systems.
- Conduct machine testing, trial runs and performance checks after installation or service.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Carry out machine inspection, servicing and troubleshooting at customer locations.
- Coordinate with customers regarding installation, commissioning and service requirements.
- Prepare service reports,



inspection reports and other service documentation.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex technical issues.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation, commissioning and service activities.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC / VMC / HMC machine service.
- Practical experience in installation and commissioning.
- Strong electrical or mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience handling customer breakdown calls and field service.
- Working knowledge of CNC controls, drives, servo systems, spindle systems and sensors.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in CNC/VMC/HMC machine installation, commissioning, servicing, breakdown troubleshooting and customer-site support will be preferred.

Both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering candidates are welcome.

Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
