We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Caller Executive to join our hospital team in Talegaon Dabhade. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, making follow-up calls, coordinating appointments, and providing accurate information about hospital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Attend patient enquiries and provide appropriate information.

Make follow-up calls regarding appointments, enquiries, and services.

Coordinate with patients and the concerned hospital departments.

Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.

Ensure a positive and professional experience for patients.

Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Valuable communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.

Basic English communication skills.

Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

0.6 to 2 years of experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates from Talegaon Dabhade and nearby areas will be preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
