Position: CS Trainee

Experience: Fresher / CS Executive pursuing or qualified
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ROC/MCA filings and statutory compliances
- Maintain corporate records and registers
- Assist in Board/General Meeting documentation
- Legal & regulatory research and drafting
- Support the Company Secretary in day-to-day compliance work
Stipend: depending on interview performance and candidate profile.
Location: Patna, Bihar | Work from Office (In-person)
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
