What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

- Computer Hardware & Software:
- Good understanding of computer hardware components and software installation.
- Proficient in troubleshooting various software and hardware issues.
- Operating Systems:
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications.
- Networking Concepts:
- Understanding of networking concepts including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- IT Asset Management:
- Knowledge of IT asset management, system maintenance, and providing technical support.
- User Account Management:
- Familiarity with user account management, access control, and basic IT security practices.

Responsibilities





- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Maintain documentation related to IT assets and support activities.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in IT administration or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
