Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into successful sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, research, email outreach, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.




- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product or service information.
- Maintain updated records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead-generation campaigns and sales initiatives.

Requirements

- 6 months to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
