Our first product, NeoSoil, is a rapid, chemical-free soil testing solution using NIR Spectroscopy and Machine Learning models. We recognized that testing alone won’t solve all the problems on ground and thus, we developed an end-to-end solution to deliver the real value of soil testing and soil data intelligence to our partners.

We currently partner with B2B companies across agri-value chains and farmers to improve their crop quality and yields through timely, reliable and affordable soil data insights

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Collaborate with the product, sales, and business teams to develop effective marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Help create customer personas and target audience segments for marketing initiatives
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
- Create marketing materials such as brochures,



presentations, banners, infographics, and promotional creatives
- Assist in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement
- Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare performance reports
- Collect and organize customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and customer experience
- Support event planning, webinars, product launches, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, digital tools, consumer behavior, and industry best practices

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and marketing principles
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and team collaboration
- Basic understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance metrics
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and promotional ideas
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines




- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute marketing activities aligned with business objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs) for reporting and presentations

Good to Have

- A portfolio or personal projects showcasing marketing campaigns, content creation, or social media management
- Basic understanding of branding and maintaining a consistent brand voice across marketing channels
- Experience with content creation, graphic design, or video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising concepts
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or other marketing analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from marketing data
- A creative mindset with an interest in consumer behavior, digital marketing trends, and brand growth
