Job Responsibilities:

Manage the complete QA/QC function for manufacturing operations.

Establish and implement quality control procedures and standards.

Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection activities.

Ensure products comply with drawings, specifications and customer requirements.

Review technical drawings and inspection requirements.

Handle NCR, CAPA, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase and Engineering departments.

Handle customer inspections and quality-related queries.

Monitor rejection, rework and quality performance.

Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.

Conduct internal quality audits and support customer/external audits.





Develop and train the QA/QC team.

Drive continuous quality improvement and reduction of defects.

Required Skills:

10–15+ years of QA/QC experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of inspection and quality-control processes.

Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.

Experience in NCR, CAPA and root-cause analysis.

Robust team-management and problem-solving skills.

Engineering/Diploma qualification preferred.

Relevant quality certifications will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
