JOB DESCRIPTION- Technical Manager– Telecom Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to manage telecom site operations and maintenance activities, ensure network uptime, control operational costs, and lead field teams across the assigned area.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, team leadership, customer coordination, and the ability to drive timely closure of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily telecom site O&M; activities and ensure high site uptime.
- Monitor faults, outages, PM/CM activities and ensure timely restoration.
- Lead and manage technicians/field teams for optimum productivity.
- Monitor key KPIs, SLAs, MTTR, fuel and energy performance.
- Coordinate with customer for complaints, escalations and operational issues.
- Ensure timely closure of MOM/action points and customer requirements.
- Monitor fuel consumption, reconciliation and fuel variance to minimize losses.
- Monitor DG, battery, SMPS, AC and other telecom power systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs and company/customer processes.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports.
- Drive continuous improvement,



cost control and reduction of repeat faults.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Telecom or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in telecom O&M;/infrastructure operations.
- Experience in Indus Towers / telecom infrastructure / tower O&M; will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of telecom power systems, DG, battery, SMPS/rectifier, AC and electrical equipment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
