· Set up parts on CNC machines as per job card and instruction.

· Operate CNC machines as per defined sequence and quality standards

· Conduct basic visual and dimensional checks during machining

· Submit first piece for QC inspection before starting bulk machining

· Report any abnormalities or machine issues to Shop Floor In-charge or Maintenance team

· Maintain workstation cleanliness and follow all safety guidelines

· Make Changes As Per The Instruction Of The QC Supervisor

Training Of The Worker

· Should Have Knowledge Of Setting The Part On Both Linear And Turret Machine

Part Setting As Per Planning Board, Correction Of Setting As Per Qc Supervisor, Training The Workers, Setting Time In Production Card.

Machine Maintenance, Arranging Of Workplace, Write Down Time For Each Machine If The Operator Comes To You, Worker Attendance, Worker Allocation.
