Bright Health Alliance is looking for an experienced Senior AR Executive to join our growing Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, denial management, insurance calling, claim resolution, and revenue recovery within the US healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform AR follow-up on outstanding and unpaid insurance claims.
- Call US insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-up.
- Analyze denied, rejected, and underpaid claims and take appropriate corrective action.
- Identify denial trends and work toward root-cause resolution.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and payer responses for accurate claim resolution.
- Handle timely filing, authorization, eligibility, coding-related, medical necessity, and other claim denials.
- Initiate corrected claims, reconsiderations, and appeals when required.
- Ensure proper documentation of follow-up actions in the billing system.
- Prioritize high-dollar and aging claims for maximum revenue recovery.




- Meet productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Coordinate with billing, coding, payment posting, and other RCM teams for claim resolution.
- Support junior AR team members with complex claim and denial issues when required.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing.
- Strong knowledge of the complete US healthcare revenue cycle.
- Excellent understanding of insurance claim follow-up and denial management.
- Experience dealing with commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other US payers.
- Good knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, EOB/ERA, and claim forms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to independently handle complex and high-value AR accounts.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
