Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending actionable enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster qualified growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must have AI related work experience
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
