Job Title: CNC Turning Setter
Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Location: Coimbatore / Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled CNC Turning Setter with 3–5 years of experience in CNC turning machine setup and production. The candidate should have good knowledge of tool setting, job setting, offsets, drawing reading, and basic CNC programming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set and operate CNC Turning machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine setup, job setting, tool setting, and tool offset corrections.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Set cutting tools, inserts, work holding devices, and fixtures.
- Handle Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi CNC controls.
- Make necessary offset adjustments to maintain component dimensions.
- Check first-off components using measuring instruments.
- Use vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, and other inspection tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machining and dimensional problems.
- Monitor tool wear and replace inserts/tools when required.




- Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams for smooth production.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in CNC Turning.
- Positive knowledge of CNC machine setting and operation.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code is preferred.
- Good understanding of cutting parameters, speeds, feeds, and tooling.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T; basics.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Ability to handle machine setup and dimensional corrections independently.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualification:
ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die / relevant technical qualification.

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
