Role Summary

We are looking for a Trainee / Junior System Administrator to support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, including Windows systems, Active Directory, basic Linux administration, networking, endpoint support, firewall/VPN and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage Windows 10/11, Windows Server and Active Directory user accounts, groups, computers and basic GPOs.

· Provide desktop/laptop and user support, including hardware, software, printer and peripheral troubleshooting.

· Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity and network-related issues.

· Assist in administration and troubleshooting of firewalls, VPN and internet access policies.

· Perform basic Linux server administration and troubleshooting.

· Install, configure and deploy approved software and Windows updates.

· Monitor basic health of servers, network devices, backups and critical IT services.

· Maintain IT asset inventory, user/asset assignments and service records.

· Support current employee onboarding and employee offboarding,



including system preparation, access and asset handover.

· Assist with backup verification, restore activities and basic IT security controls.

· Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and escalate complex issues when required.

· Basic Linux Server Administration

· DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN troubleshooting

· Hardware & Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting

· Backup & Restore fundamentals

· Basic IT Security

· Microsoft 365 / Teams

· Basic PowerShell

Good to Have

SonicWall / Tacitine, GLPI, VMware/Hyper-V, VLANs, site-to-site/remote-access VPN and Windows deployment experience.

Candidate Profile

· 1–3 years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure / Technical Support.

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Basic understanding of Windows and Linux server environments.

· Willingness to learn and work across systems, networking and infrastructure.

· Good communication skills and ability to provide onsite/remote user support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
