About the Role

Samplify is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Assam.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including understanding hiring requirements, sourcing candidates, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers for smooth candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire,



source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Support employee engagement, employer branding, and other HR initiatives as required.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work from the Shimla office.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in hiring for technology, sales, operations, or corporate roles.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRMS platforms.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Strong candidate engagement and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
