Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2+ years of experience who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and should be comfortable working with campaign performance data, budgets, audiences, creatives, and lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop performance marketing strategies to generate quality leads and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, including CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
- Manage and monitor daily and monthly advertising budgets.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.




- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, advertising trends, and performance marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign scaling.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
