About the Role

Zeal Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Telecaller & Admission Counsellor to handle enquiries and leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, attending incoming calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our courses, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads received through Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Attend incoming calls from prospective students and parents.
- Understand the candidate's educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Explain Zeal Academy's courses, eligibility, fees, duration, examination process, and career pathways.
- Provide accurate information and address candidate queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Update lead information in the CRM or lead management system.
- Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions team when required.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.




- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective students.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, admission counselling, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of English and Malayalam.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up consistently.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve conversions.
- Previous experience in an education, coaching, training, or overseas education/migration company will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident and pleasant while speaking with candidates.
- Good at identifying genuine and interested leads.
- Capable of explaining courses clearly.
- Robust in follow-up and relationship building.
- Comfortable working with daily calling and admission targets.
- Responsible for converting enquiries into admissions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
