Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, lead coordination, and customer communication throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams.
- Keep customers informed about project updates.
- Respond to customer queries and assist in resolving concerns.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Support the team in converting enquiries into customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, friendly, and professional personality.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, CRM, sales, or construction is an advantage.
