Job Description – Tender Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and monitor government, PSU, corporate, and e-tender opportunities relevant to company products.
- Manage the complete tender process from tender identification to bid submission and order closure.
- Handle platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender documents, quotations, BOQ, EMD, security deposits, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Production, and Technical teams for tender requirements.
- Review tender eligibility criteria, specifications, terms & conditions, and submission deadlines.
- Prepare and submit online bids, EMDs, clarifications, and required compliance documents within timelines.
- Track tender status, technical evaluation, financial bids, results, and purchase orders.




- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, documents, and tender-wise MIS.
- Coordinate with customers/departments for pre-bid queries, clarifications, negotiations, and order execution.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and avoid documentation or submission errors.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of GeM and e-tendering processes.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust attention to detail and deadline management.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Experience in industrial/electronics/manufacturing tenders will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related field will be an advant

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
