The company provides property consultation, project development, and post-sale support, with 100+ completed and 50+ ongoing projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Property Listing Executive to manage property listings, inventory, and portal updates accurately across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and publish property listings on the company website and property portals.
- Collect property details, photographs, and documents from the site and verify their accuracy.
- Update pricing, availability, and status of listings regularly.
- Maintain the property inventory database and remove sold or outdated listings.
- Manage portal accounts, respond to portal enquiries, and pass leads to the sales team.
- Ensure listings are complete, consistent, and professionally presented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 6 months of experience in property listing, data entry, real estate, or a related field.
- Good written communication and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and mobile photography.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Familiarity with portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, or Housing.com is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
