About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Trainer / Mentor with 1–2 years of practical experience to conduct online training sessions and mentor our interns.

The trainer will help learners develop a strong foundation in DevOps practices, cloud technologies, CI/CD, containerization, automation, and deployment workflows, with a focus on practical, industry-relevant skills.

This is a adaptable part-time opportunity requiring only 2 hours per week, making it suitable for DevOps engineers, cloud professionals, system administrators, software engineers, and industry practitioners who enjoy teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 2 hours of online DevOps training per week.
- Explain DevOps concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
- Provide practical knowledge of:

- Deployment & Release Management
- Demonstrate real-world DevOps workflows and best practices.
- Guide learners through hands-on exercises and practical projects.




- Help learners understand application deployment and infrastructure automation.
- Explain CI/CD pipeline creation and troubleshooting.
- Provide guidance on containerized application deployment.
- Review learner assignments and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Address learner questions and assist with debugging and problem-solving.
- Introduce learners to relevant DevOps tools, technologies, and industry practices.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of practical experience in DevOps, Cloud Computing, Site Reliability Engineering, System Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Linux, CI/CD, and Docker.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation or tools such as Terraform is an advantage.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable conducting online training sessions.

Compensation & Engagement

- Upto ₹500 per hour
