Job Description

We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding Executive to identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers for our industrial product business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact potential dealers, distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Visit dealers, vendors, and manufacturing companies for business development and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network.
- Explain company requirements and onboarding process.
- Collect vendor details, product catalogues, price lists, and required documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for successful onboarding.
- Follow up on pricing, products, availability, and commercial terms.




- Maintain vendor database and achieve monthly onboarding targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in vendor development, B2B sales, procurement, or business development.
- Experience in CNC cutting tools, machine tools, industrial products, engineering, or manufacturing preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for dealer/vendor visits is essential.
- Knowledge of English and Tamil is required. Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Mechanical/Engineering background is an advantage.

Education: Any Graduate / Diploma.

Salary: ₹12,500 – 30,000 per month + incentives, based on experience.
