Role & Responsibilities :

- Monitor daily production activities as per the production plan and achieve assigned targets.
- Ensure proper manpower, material, machine and process availability for smooth production.
- Monitor production processes and identify delays, breakdowns, quality issues and bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and PPC for timely resolution of production-related issues.
- Maintain production records, daily production reports, rejection/rework data and other MIS.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for production issues.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, productivity improvement and waste reduction activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, consumables and manpower.




- Support implementation of process improvements to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.

Key Skills Required :

- Production Planning & Shop-Floor Management
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
- Production Documentation & MIS
- Basic knowledge of Quality Tools – 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, CAPA
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
