Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to mobile retailers, dealers, and potential customers.
- Explain the company’s Mobile Finance Locker product and its features.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Build good relationships with retailers and customers.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Provide basic product information and support to customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in English , Hindi & Bengali,
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Confident and skilled communication over the phone.
- Telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Candidates residing in or around Kankinara, Bhatpara, Jagatdal,Shyamnagar, Naihati, or nearby areas will be preferred.
