Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible B.Pharm professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, quality standards, documentation, regulatory requirements, inventory management, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, laboratories, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review pharmaceutical products, formulations, specifications, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical quality and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of products, batches, suppliers, testing documents, certificates, and inventory.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, laboratories, vendors, and suppliers regarding product quality and documentation.
- Review COAs, batch details, product specifications, testing reports, and supporting documents.
- Assist with quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Monitor storage conditions, product handling, stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory movement.
- Ensure products are stored and handled according to appropriate pharmaceutical standards.
- Support regulatory documentation, product registrations, audits, and compliance activities where required.
- Identify quality-related issues and coordinate corrective or preventive actions.
- Work closely with management, sales, operations, warehouse, and procurement teams.
- Stay updated with developments, regulations,
and best practices within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
- Prepare reports and maintain systematic pharmaceutical and quality documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and formulations.
- Good knowledge of GMP, quality assurance, quality control, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience reviewing COAs and laboratory/testing documentation.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical storage and inventory practices.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email, and basic reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is qualified, responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-focused, with the ability to take ownership of pharmaceutical operations and ensure that products and processes meet required quality and compliance standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
