Job Summary

Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring AVP / Business Analyst-level professionals for an MNC Bank. The role will be responsible for supporting Customer Service and Banking Operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and business teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of banking processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in banking operations, customer service, process management, stakeholder coordination and business analysis, preferably from an MNC / private sector bank.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support day-to-day customer service and banking operations.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear operational/process requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, operations, technology and other stakeholders for smooth process delivery.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer service-related issues, escalations and operational queries.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround times and adherence to defined processes and SLAs.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, management reports and operational updates.
- Identify process gaps, risks and control issues and work with relevant teams for resolution.




- Participate in process enhancement, automation and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely closure of business requirements and operational issues.
- Support documentation of SOPs, process flows, business requirements and functional requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and business stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations, Customer Service, Business Analysis or related banking functions.
- Candidates currently working at AVP / Manager / Senior Manager / Business Analyst level in a bank are preferred.
- Strong experience in banking operations and customer service is essential.
- Experience in an MNC Bank / Private Sector Bank will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, controls and service delivery.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
