Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Real Estate Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for property promotions, social media, digital marketing campaigns, and other branding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for real estate projects, property listings, and promotional campaigns.
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, and other marketing materials.
- Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Develop designs for property launches, offers, events, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver designs accordingly.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing creatives.
- Edit and enhance property images, project photographs, and other visual content.
- Create attractive property/project presentations and marketing collaterals.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, social media trends, and real estate marketing styles.




- Handle multiple design requirements and ensure timely delivery of creatives.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, and other design tools will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing/motion graphics is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual composition.
- Good creative and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Property Marketing will be preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Designing, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in graphic designing.

Preferred Candidate

- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Valuable understanding of real estate branding and digital marketing.
- Able to create fresh and engaging designs independently.
- Portfolio of previous design work is required.
