Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Coimbatore. The Architect will develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors; preparing design presentations; and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. The role involves overseeing project progress, addressing design and technical issues, and supporting site reviews to ensure design quality and buildability. The Architect will contribute to internal design discussions, support junior team members,



and help maintain project schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to produce concept, schematic, and detailed drawings.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to architectural technology, BIM workflows, or design automation tools.
- Proficiency in Architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization tools; ability to interpret and create technical drawings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; relevant professional registration or pursuit of licensure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, construction materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a studio and on-site setting.
- Prior experience in handling projects in or similar to the Coimbatore region is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
