We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate with government and other projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, working with government stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of surveillance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery for government clients.
- Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare project documentation including proposals, reports, and compliance records.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure adherence to government regulations and security protocols.
- Conduct site visits and oversee the smooth execution of projects.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders in Hindi and English for updates and issue resolution.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in government or public sector projects.
- Robust communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar).
- Knowledge of government procurement and compliance processes is a plus
