We are hiring Graduate and Undergraduate Freshers for Customer Support roles in New Town, Kolkata.

Profile 1: Customer Support – Ecommerce Non-Voice

- Experience: Freshers
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 In-Hand
- Benefits: One-Way Cab + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Week-offs: 2 Rotational Offs
- Location: DLF 1, New Town, Kolkata

Profile 2: Customer Support – Healthcare Voice

- Experience: Freshers
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Salary: Up to ₹19,000 In-Hand
- Benefits: One-Way Cab + Up to ₹3,000 Night Shift Allowance + Up to ₹2,000 Incentives
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Week-offs: 2 Rotational Offs
- Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.




- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach.
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
- For voice profiles, communicate with customers over calls.
- For non-voice profiles, handle customer interactions through chat/email or other written channels.

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Non Voice - Under Hiring zone of 18 km from DLF 1, New Town, Kolkata.
- Voice - Under Hiring zone of 22 km from Salt Lake, Kolkata.
