Create Event Content
- Cover UpKraft’s weekend music events across Bengaluru
- Capture our 2-piece live bands, mini concerts, student interactions and event highlights
- Shoot Reels, Stories and short-form videos
- Identify interesting moments and turn them into engaging content
Tell the UpKraft Story
- Conduct short interviews with founders, tutors, parents and students
- Capture parent testimonials and student experiences
- Create behind-the-scenes content
- Find stories that make UpKraft feel human, premium and exciting
Manage Social MediaAssist in planning and executing Instagram content
- Edit Reels and short-form videos
- Write captions and develop content hooks
- Track trends, formats and sounds relevant to our audience
- Help maintain a consistent visual and content identity
Bring Ideas
- Pitch current Reel concepts and recurring content series
- Experiment with new formats
- Understand what makes people stop scrolling
- Turn everyday UpKraft moments into content people want to watch and share
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in Instagram, Reels and short-form content
- Good understanding of what makes content engaging
- Comfortable shooting videos on a phone
- Basic to good video-editing skills — CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar
- Good communication and interviewing skills
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Comfortable working at weekend events
- Proactive, energetic and willing to be on the ground
- A genuine interest in music, entertainment, kids or education is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
