Job Purpose

To manage the complete Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, cash-flow management, and effective financial control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Supervise preparation of books of accounts, ledgers, trial balance.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivables, outstanding and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, budgets and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and banking activities.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks and government authorities.
- Ensure proper inventory accounting, costing and financial controls.
- Review and improve accounting systems, processes and internal controls.
- Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.





Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
- CA / CMA qualification will be an advantage.

Experience

- Relevant experience.
- Manufacturing/chemical industry experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role is required.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and Taxation.
- Good command of MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software.
- Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Good communication and team-management skills.

Key Accountability

Timely and accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash-flow management, audit coordination, and overall control of the Finance & Accounts function.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
