Role Summary

Responsible for the overall operations, performance, and maintenance of multiple restaurant outlets. Ensures smooth day-to-day operations, high customer satisfaction, staff productivity, food quality, hygiene, safety, and achievement of sales and profitability targets across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets.
- Ensure all stores follow company standards, SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.
- Monitor sales, costs, wastage, inventory, and profitability for each outlet.
- Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve business goals.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage restaurant managers, supervisors, and team members.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, productivity, and manpower requirements.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain consistent food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and customer experience across all outlets.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and minimize food and material wastage.




- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor store maintenance, equipment condition, repairs, and facility requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, maintenance teams, and other departments.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.
- Analyze store performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, health and safety regulations.
- Control operating expenses and improve overall store profitability.
- Support recent store openings, staff training, operational setup, and launch activities.
- Conduct regular meetings with store managers and communicate business priorities and targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
