Job Post: Site Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Civil Engineer with 3–7 years of relevant experience. Candidates should preferably have hands-on experience working on high-rise construction projects, particularly buildings of 10 floors or more.

The ideal candidate should be quality-focused, committed, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a systematic approach to site execution. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, plans work ahead, and can independently drive assigned activities to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
- Plan and schedule upcoming works, anticipating manpower, materials, equipment, and other requirements in advance.
- Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, finishing, and other civil works for quality, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, QA/QC, and project teams to ensure smooth progress.
- Proactively identify site issues, delays, and requirements and take timely corrective action.
- Maintain digital records, progress reports, inspections, measurements, and site updates.
- Take ownership of assigned activities and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–7 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Previous hands-on experience in high-rise buildings, preferably 10+ floors.




- Strong understanding of RCC and structural construction practices.
- Quality-conscious, detail-oriented, and systematic in approach.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to plan ahead, anticipate requirements, and take initiative.
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and solve site issues with minimal supervision.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools for reporting, documentation, communication, and progress tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience on G+10 or higher buildings.
- Experience handling RCC, structural, Road construction and finishing works in multi-storey construction.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, quantity measurements, and construction documentation.
- Comfortable working with digital reporting and project management tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
