Aura National Hair & Beauty Academy in association with Jawed Habib Salon, Gaya is looking for a smart, confident, and target-oriented Counsellor to guide students and clients about our professional beauty courses and salon services. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, counselling, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel walk-in, call, and online enquiries about hair, beauty, makeup & cosmetology courses
- Explain course details, fees, duration, certifications, and career opportunities
- Handle student admissions and follow up on leads
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain enquiry and admission records (manual/CRM)
- Coordinate with trainers, salon staff, and management
- Counsel clients for salon packages, memberships, and services
- Handle basic front-desk coordination when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in education counselling,



beauty academy, salon, or sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Pleasant personality with convincing skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling tools)

Experience:

- 0–3 years (Freshers with valuable communication can apply)

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
