JOB DESCRIPTION

- Collaborate with internal hospital departments (doctors, nursing, pharmacy, marketing) to determine the medical specialties required for each camp.
- Identify target locations and communities (rural areas, urban slums, corporate offices, schools) in need of medical camps.
- · Secure necessary permissions and licenses from local authorities, government bodies, or community leaders to host the camps.
- · Supervise the camp layout to ensure smooth patient flow from registration and vitals checking to doctor consultations and pharmacy dispensing.
- · Prepare detailed post-camp reports for hospital management, outlining key metrics, challenges, and recommendations for future camps.
- Maintain accurate records of all camp attendees, diagnoses, and treatments distributed.
- · Data Management & Reporting.

Skills

- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.




- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle diverse community groups and internal medical staff.
- Fluency in local languages (essential for community mobilization) along with qualified English.
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel) for reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work (MSW), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

4–8 years of experience in hospital outreach, community relations, event management, or public health campaigns.
