Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate unwavering commitment to accuracy, cost control, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review bills of quantities, estimates, and cost reports
- Manage project billing, measurement, and certification processes
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements
- Support project planning and cost optimization
Requirements:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing (construction industry preferred)
- Robust knowledge of estimation, measurement, and billing procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant software tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
