Job Summary

Eco Friendly Tech Solutions is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Data Analyst Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, statistical concepts, and analytical tools, along with the ability to explain concepts clearly and guide learners through hands-on projects.

Candidates with prior EdTech, academic training, corporate training, or data analytics training experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and practical training sessions in Data Analytics and Data Science fundamentals.
- Train students on data analysis concepts, methodologies, and real-world applications.
- Teach and provide hands-on training in tools such as:
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL
- Power BI
- Python for Data Analysis
- Pandas and NumPy
- Tableau, if applicable
- Explain concepts related to:
- Data cleaning and preprocessing
- Data exploration and analysis
- Descriptive statistics
- Data visualization
- Dashboard development
- Business reporting
- KPI analysis
- Data interpretation
- Guide students through practical projects, assignments, case studies, and real-world datasets.
- Create training materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Teach students how to collect, clean, transform, analyze, and visualize data.
- Develop practical dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Excel.




- Train learners in writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Provide basic Python-based data analysis training using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and related libraries.
- Explain analytical results and help students convert data insights into meaningful business recommendations.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback and mentoring.
- Conduct assessments, practical tests, mock interviews, and project reviews.
- Support students with resume preparation, portfolio development, interview preparation, and placement-oriented skills.
- Stay updated with current data analytics tools, technologies, and industry requirements.
- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to ensure training content matches current industry expectations.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, seminars, and practical sessions as required.
- Maintain student attendance, performance, assessment, and progress records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Training.
- EdTech or training experience is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, and/or Python.
- Good understanding of data visualization, statistics,



and analytical techniques.
- Experience working with real-world datasets and business use cases.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain analytical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to engage students and create an interactive learning environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience as a Data Analyst, Data Analytics Trainer, Data Science Trainer, Business Intelligence Analyst, Power BI Developer, or Data Science Faculty are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with prior EdTech experience, classroom training experience, or experience delivering practical data analytics training will be preferred.
