Preparing and producing Ameeco's range of cookies, baked goods and other pastry products. ● Following standardized recipes, production schedules and kitchen SOPs.

● Ensuring consistency in taste, texture, portioning and presentation.

● Assisting with new product trials, recipe development and menu innovation.

● Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

● Managing mise en place, ingredient preparation and daily production requirements.

● Monitoring inventory, stock levels and ingredient quality, and reporting requirements to the management. ● Supervising the work of commi chefs and everyday operations.

● Minimizing wastage and ensuring proper storage and handling of all products.

● Working Hours: 9 hours per day, with flexibility based on production requirements ● Salary: 25k-28k per month
