Job Overview:

We are a premier B2B supplier of corporate electrical and power solutions. We are expanding our projects division and are looking for an aggressive, highly energetic Field Lead Generation Executive. Your primary responsibility will be to physically visit under-construction residential and commercial project sites across Mumbai, (probably between Bhyandar to Andheri) identify electrical product requirements, and connect with the core decision-makers.

This is not sales closing Role - No Sales Target !

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Site Scouting: Physically spot and visit 10-12 active residential and commercial under construction sites per day across assigned Mumbai territories.
- Requirement Generation: Identify material requirements for upcoming project stages, specifically for LED Lights, Wires, MCBs, DBs, Switches, Conduits, and other electrical products
- Data Collection: Locate and pitch to the right person in office (Electrical Contractors, Site Engineers, Project Managers, or Builders). Safely collect their verified names, phone numbers, and material requirements.
- Target Metrics:



Generate and log a minimum of 5 to 6 qualified enquiries/leads daily into our database.
- Back-Office Reporting: Share daily visit logs, contact details, and site photos with the back-office team for immediate quoting.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of field experience in building materials, electrical products, pipes, cement, or paint industries.
- Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily travel.
- Skills: High energy, fearless attitude to enter active sites, and strong negotiation skills in Marathi/Hindi.
- Target-Driven: Ability to consistently meet the daily target of 5–6 genuine site enquiries.
- Familarity with electrical systems for buildings preferred

Salary & Compensation:

- Fixed Salary: ₹18000 to ₹24,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
- Incentives: Not on Sales, but on on each qualified site with BOQ collected and also per BOQ that converts in quotation.
- Allowances: Separate monthly fuel reimbursement

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
