Experience: Experience in the Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day factory operations and production activities.

Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve targets.

Manage manpower, resources, and shop-floor activities.

Ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments.

Monitor machine utilization and maintenance requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Maintain production reports and operational records.

Drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or a related field.

Proven experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
