We are looking for energetic and customer-focused QSR Team Members to join our team in Bandra. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, valuable communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take customer orders and process them accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper portioning and presentation.
- Handle billing and cash/POS transactions as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the outlet.
- Ensure timely order preparation and delivery to customers.
- Refill stocks and assist with basic inventory management.
- Follow all food safety and operational procedures.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous QSR, cafe, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and presentable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
