Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–3 years of experience in IT sales/business development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in generating leads, handling clients, and converting business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and internal teams for project requirements.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales / business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Valuable understanding of the IT services industry.
- Experience with lead generation and LinkedIn/email outreach.
- Target-orientated and self-motivated.
