VMC CNC Programmer & Setter Company: SAAKEMP TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Location: Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore Salary: ₹35,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for an experienced VMC CNC Programmer & Setter who can independently handle CNC programming, machine setting, tool selection, and prove-out of precision components. Responsibilities Prepare and modify VMC programs using G-code/M-code and CAM software. Set and operate VMC machines independently. Read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; and tight tolerances. Plan machining sequences, workholding and multiple setups. Select cutting tools and decide suitable RPM, feed and depth of cut. Set tool offsets, work offsets and machine parameters. Prove out programs and make corrections during first-piece machining. Handle drilling, tapping, pocketing, contouring, profiling and 3D machining. Reduce cycle time through program and tooling optimization. Coordinate with the Quality team for first-piece inspection.
Troubleshoot dimensional, tooling and machining issues. Machine & Material Experience Experience with VMC machines, Mitsubishi/Fanuc controls is preferred. Experience machining: Aluminium 6061 / 7075 Mild Steel Stainless Steel EN8 Titanium Tool steels Required Experience 3–5 years of relevant VMC programming and setting experience Ability to independently take a drawing from drawing → programming → setting → prove-out → finished component Experience with Mastercam, NX CAM, Fusion 360 or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of precision machining and tolerances up to ±0.01–0.03 mm. Salary ₹35,000/month, depending on experience and technical capability. Candidates who can independently program and set the machine will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
