About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce AI Developer with 5 to 8 years of expertise in Salesforce development, AI-powered CRM solutions, and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, CRM Analytics, Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role will focus on building innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement, optimize business processes, and deliver actionable insights through contemporary Salesforce technologies.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Einstein and related Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Build and enhance CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) dashboards, reports, and visualization solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce Einstein Discovery to create predictive models and generate actionable business insights.




- Design and develop scalable custom solutions using Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce applications to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to manage, unify, and analyze large-scale customer and business data.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud features and Einstein-powered customer service capabilities.
- Leverage GPT-4 and Generative AI technologies enhance user experiences and automate workflows.
- Configure and support Salesforce Agent force solutions for intelligent customer interactions.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and Salesforce platform services.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, security best practices, and governance guidelines.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.
- Stay updated with emerging Salesforce AI, Einstein, Agent force, and Generative AI innovations.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce application development and platform customization.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Einstein Discovery and Einstein Prediction Builder.
- Experience developing advanced analytics solutions using CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex programming.
- Extensive experience building modern applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud and customer data platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Einstein Service capabilities.
- Knowledge of GPT-4 and Generative AI integration within Salesforce environments.
- Experience implementing Salesforce Agent force solutions and customer service automation.




- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing architecture.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment, release management, and DevOps best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities.
