Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Marketing Manager to handle marketing activities for our real estate projects. The role focuses on lead generation, project promotion, customer enquiries, site visits, and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Generate quality leads through digital and offline marketing.
- Manage social media promotions and lead-generation campaigns.
- Explore new marketing channels to increase enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and site visits.
- Monitor leads, enquiries, site visits, and campaign performance.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Handle marketing activities independently and achieve targets.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Positive knowledge of lead generation and marketing campaigns.




- Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Real estate marketing experience will be an added advantage.

Freelance Experience – Added Advantage

- Previous freelance marketing experience is preferred.
- Strong personal network for generating real estate leads will be an advantage.
- Experience in independently generating enquiries and site visits is preferred.
