Job Summary

Program & Delivery Management

- Own the successful delivery of complex software engineering portfolios, with accountability for quality, financial performance, delivery timelines, risk management, and client business outcomes.

- Lead large-scale global accounts and strategic delivery portfolios, establishing governance, execution discipline, and Agile operating models to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes at scale.

Team Leadership

- Provide strategic leadership to global delivery teams of 300+ professionals across multiple geographies, driving operational excellence, talent development, and business outcomes at scale.

- Own delivery governance, capacity planning, financial performance, and execution strategy to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management

- Cultivate trusted relationships with client executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders, serving as a strategic partner to align delivery outcomes with business objectives.

- Provide executive-level governance and oversight, proactively managing delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful business outcomes.

Engineering & Technology Leadership

- Provide technology leadership across complex delivery portfolios, guiding architectural decisions, engineering strategy, and execution excellence to achieve scalable and sustainable business outcomes.

- Champion the adoption of modern engineering practices, including DevSecOps, SRE, automation, platform engineering,



and quality-by-design principles to enhance delivery velocity, resilience, and operational efficiency.

Business Growth & Presales

- Collaborate with client executives and account leadership to drive strategic growth, expand service portfolios, and identify new business and transformation opportunities.

- Lead large-scale pursuits and commercial initiatives, defining solution strategy, operating models, resource plans, delivery approaches, and investment cases to enable sustainable business growth.

AI & Innovation

- Lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities across the software engineering lifecycle, defining strategies that enhance delivery effectiveness, innovation, and business value.

- Champion enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices, leveraging automation, intelligent development tools, and data-driven insights to improve productivity, quality, and speed to market.

Commercial & Governance

- Own and lead large-scale delivery portfolios with annual contract values exceeding USD 30M, ensuring sustained business growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

- Demonstrate extensive experience managing and optimizing diverse commercial models, including Time & Material, Fixed Price, Outcome-Based, and Managed Services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Experience in the Insurance domain.

- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, Protected, Cloud, or DevOps certifications.
