About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Sales Executive to grow our client base and revenue. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and work closely with our events and operations teams so that every proposal turns into a well-delivered event. A background in event management is a strong advantage, as you'll be selling experiences rather than just services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, wedding, exhibition, and brand activation segments.

Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies, venues, and vendors.

Understand client briefs and work with the creative and operations teams to develop customised event proposals.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to identify current opportunities.





Coordinate with the execution team for a smooth handover from sale to delivery, and gather client feedback for repeat business.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field.

1+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.

Preferred: experience in event management, including corporate events, weddings, conferences, exhibitions, or brand activation.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to convert client requirements into proposals and accurate budgets.

Working knowledge of event costing, vendor management, and venue sourcing (an advantage).

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel and to work flexible hours during peak event periods.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
