Job Description

Electrical Design EngineerRoleOwn and deliver electrical design, validation, and industrialization of power electronics products and systems, ensuring performance, safety, compliance, manufacturability, and lifecycle reliability across Solar, BESS/PCS, EV Chargers, Electrolysers, and Industrial Power Systems, Microgrid and Data centre productsKey Responsibilities1. Electrical Design and Engineering of Power Conversion products for solar, PCS, EC Charger and industrial power conversion products.Define system-level electrical architecture.Prepare BOM and Electrical Engineering Schematics, Component selectionOwn power stage design (rectifiers, inverters, DC-DC stages).Define protection, grounding, and insulation strategies.Select and qualify semiconductors, magnetics, and passives.Support Prototype development2. Compliance, Safety & EMCEnsure compliance with:IEC / UL / IS standardsGrid codes and product safety normsOwn creepage & clearance, insulation coordination, and earthing.Drive EMI/EMC design and mitigation strategies.Support certification and third-party audits.3.



Electrical Validation & ReliabilityDefine electrical validation plans (DVT, HALT, HASS).Support thermal and derating analysis.Conduct failure analysis and corrective actions.Drive design robustness and reliability improvements.4. Manufacturing & Cost OptimizationSupport NPI, production ramp-up, and yield improvement.Drive BOM optimization and cost reduction.Support supplier technical discussions and qualification.5.
