Operations Manager – Guest Services

Location: Salt Lake City, Kolkata, India
Shift: Night shift with U.S. coordination
Salary: ₹50,000–₹80,000 per month + incentives

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to lead our Kolkata guest-support and call-center team. The role includes team management, guest communication, HR coordination, office administration, and basic bookkeeping supervision.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage the guest-support and call-center teams.
- Monitor calls, emails, chats, and OTA messages.
- Handle escalations, emergencies, and guest complaints.
- Prepare staff schedules and performance reports.
- Train employees and maintain service standards.
- Coordinate with U.S. property managers, cleaners, and maintenance teams.




- Maintain SOPs and monitor KPIs.
- Support hiring, attendance, payroll information, and office administration.
- Review invoices, expenses, and bookkeeping records.

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, BPO, reservations, or guest support.
- Previous team-management experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Experience with Cloudbeds, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Hostify, or similar systems preferred.
